WHAT TO BRING:
All necessary yoga gear is provided. Feel free to bring your own mat. Wear comfortable clothes (not too baggy, not too restrictive) and dress in layers. No big meals 2-3 hours prior to classtime.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Beginning: Reinforces the foundations of yoga practice. Appropriate for new students or continuing students who seek to build more physical stamina.
Intermediate: Builds on all categories of asana (postures) and introduces some of the deeper theory and practices of yoga. Includes instruction to incorporate inversions such as headstand, shoulderstand, and handstand into your yoga practice. For students with previous experience.
Tantric Yoga - The Yoga of Transformation: Explores the alchemy of asana (postures), pranayama (breath control), and meditation to guide you toward both increased serenity and an intentional, fulfilling life. This class will have one hour of posture work with a half hour dedicated to the other techniques. Appropriate for Beginning Level students familiar with the foundations of practice.
Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra translates to "yogic sleep." It is the state where mind & body are alert, but relaxed to the level of deep sleep. This classic yoga practice systematically reduces stress and cultivates meditative stillness. This class includes lecture, yoga posture practice, and 45 minutes of guided relaxation into yoga nidra. |
